Standard Retail

COMMERCIAL VENDOR

Perfect for products and general merchandise. Limited availability.

Food Vendor

MOBILE CATERING

Limited electric sites available. Potable water access on site. Health permits required for all food handlers.

Artisan & Craft

HANDMADE GOODS

Exclusive to makers and artists. Authentic western crafts encouraged.

Nonprofit

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Discounted rates for local 501(c)(3) organizations and community groups.

Vendor Requirements & Guidelines

Logistics & Timing
  • Setup: Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Tear-down: Sunday after final performance
  • Vehicles must be moved to off-site parking by 9:30 AM
  • Food vendors may choose to operate during Friday night's Kick Off Party
Product & Safety
  • Only pre-approved goods may be sold
  • Food safety certification mandatory
  • No glass containers allowed in vendor areas
  • No dogs allowed within event area

  • Limited 110V/20A electrical circuits
  • Potable water available at main grounds
  • Vendors must provide outdoor-rated cords

Confirm

Upon approval, you will receive a welcome email with setup times, parking permits, and booth location maps for Father's Day weekend.
